RICHMOND matchwinner Ricky Petterd was among three players cleared of incidents from the weekend's AFL pre-season games.
There will be no tribunal after the match review panel also decided not to lay charges against Carlton's Aaron Joseph and Sydney premiership defender Alex Johnson.
Petterd, who kicked the winning goal, was cleared of his contact with Essendon newcomer Nick Kommer in the first term of Saturday's match at Wangaratta.
Joseph is the latest opponent to be assessed for an incident involving Fremantle small forward Hayden Ballantyne.
The panel looked at a medical report from the Dockers before deciding Joseph did not use enough force to warrant a charge.
Last month, Geelong star Steve Johnson received a one-match ban for striking Ballantyne.
That puts Johnson out for the round-one blockbuster against arch-rivals Hawthorn.
Sydney's Johnson was potentially in trouble after he had a clash of legs with St Kilda onballer Clint Jones in the third quarter of the Sunday's match at Etihad Stadium.
Jones wrong-footed Johnson before disposing of the ball and then the players made contact.
Again, the panel ruled there was not enough force to warrant a charge.
Contact between Hawthorn star Lance Franklin and Bulldog Koby Stevens on Friday night did not attract the panel's attention.
